In October, we’re embarking on our second fitness retreat. This time, we’re headed to Nepal, the adventure playground for lovers of the great outdoors. The 8D7N journey includes a 3D2N hike through upland trails, knife-edge mountain passes, pilgrimage sites and charming hill villages; sharing the camaraderie of the entire experience with like-minded trekkers along the way.
A smorgasbord of outdoor activities awaits, such as canyon-swinging, white water rafting, bungee jumping and rock climbing. You also have the option of a two-day extension to Pokhara at the tail end of the trip.
The idyllic lakeside spot is ideal for recharging your batteries before you return home. Featuring short day hikes — like the famous Begnas Thulokote route that Prince Charles himself completed in 1980 — and visits to cultural sights, all against the backdrop of the Annapurna Himalaya, it’s set to be a sweet end to this mountain kingdom escape.
