Morning Grounding Sessions with Nashwa

Nashwa will guide you in finding focus for energy, creativity and balance in these morning sessions.
We’ll start the day with a grounding ritual to focus our senses precisely on breathing. Becoming consciously aware of breathing, and our connection to sensations around us, will bring a more profound sense of stillness.
Fall into the rhythmic stillness of deep meditation: moving the body slowly, stretching the spine, allowing you to bring energy back down through gentle movements which allow focus to develop.
Empowerment comes from finding inner balance. Centred and stabilised, you’ll gain focus and strength for the day ahead.
Nashwa, meaning bliss in Arabic, is the Creative Director of the “Dance to Bliss” community in Singapore and teaches belly dance, meditation and yoga. Her passion is to create art with feminine energy and share them to raise awareness, and nurture our power to awaken, connect, and heal from within.
Our virtual workshops and experiences are designed to provide holistic resources to empower your personal growth journey.
