Experiences — both the word and the concept — nestles at the heart of all that we do, and its prominence shows no signs of stopping. Rather, as we shelter in place, we are establishing and elevating experiences into the ether.
We’ve taken to overhauling our virtual events space with a slew of wellness-centric programming. Central to our brand of wellness is a well-meaning intention to help you navigate these unprecedented times.
When it comes to self-enrichment, there is, ironically, strength in numbers. While our virtual workshops are designed to facilitate your personal growth, they are slated to take place in an interactive and communal environment. We want you — our community — to step out of the shadows and regain your centre as we take care of one another.

Our Community of Tastemakers
Jiezhen is an Equity & Inclusion Fellow and part of the Mindful Leaders Collective at Harvard – where she just completed her Masters in Education with a focus on leadership and inclusion in organizations. Before Harvard, she worked in social innovation and social impact for several years – leading a social enterprise and media platform in Asia and facilitating global summits and spaces for wellbeing for changemakers and collaborators. She also holds a degree in Positive Psychology, is a certified yoga teacher (RYT200) and positive psychology coach.
As an emcee and a social entrepreneur, Jess Magic uses her voice and charismatic presence to break down barriers between artist and audience, giving people permission to drop the masks. She has been a featured speaker and performer at Costa Rica’s Envision Festival, a featured presenter at MindValley’s A-Fest 2018 and keynote contributor at Resonance Academy Retreat 2019. “Ms. Magic” was recently featured in the New York Times for her travelling Soul Salons, and works on bringing more love and connection into the lives of “tech elites”.
Vandana Hart is the creator and host of We Speak Dance, a Netflix documentary series using dance as an international language to connect people across cultures. She was a judge on Kenya’s “So You Think You Can Dance” and is a UN Global Ambassador for women’s rights. Vandana has presented at forums and events such as SXSW, TEDx and the UN General Assembly, Facebook and trained at the world-renowned Alvin Ailey School of dance. She studied Global Affairs at New York University and holds a Masters from London School of Economics.
Bamse Magic’s passion is to create magic through music. For him, music has always been a tool to help us start to shed our self-consciousness. As we immerse ourselves in the present moment, music takes us on a journey. Bamse Magic’s inspirations span from Burning Man, Ibiza, Bali and the Tulum music scene – he plays a wide continuum of music including Afro and Deep House, to melodic Techno and Electronica.
Having co-founded the online fashion business, Love, Bonito, at the tender age of 19, Rachel is the unifying force who has grown her $500 blogshop outfit into a multi-million dollar label, redefining the fashion scene in Singapore in the process. In line with Love, Bonito’s mission to create a safe space for women to discover, embrace and be the best version of themselves, Rachel works to further touch and impact the community they have created. Rachel was honoured by Forbes as Asia’s 30 under 30 in 2016.
Yah-Leng is the founding Creative Director of Foreign Policy Design Group, an award-winning design and innovation consultancy in Singapore. Her works have been recognized and honored by D&AD, TDC, Tokyo TDC, ADC, AIGA and various design platforms and publications. She has also often been invited to speak and judge at festivals, conferences and institutions globally. Yah-Leng is the current President of The Design Society Singapore.
Crystal is an expert on human potential, and author of bestseller Deep Human – Practical Superskills of the Future. As the CEO of Forest Wolf, she advises corporates, higher education institutions and government bodies on talent development and training, and has trained more than 20,000 young adults, professionals and C-suite leaders. Crystal is the Strategic Advisor to Minerva Project, and writes about Human Capital issues for Channel NewsAsia.
Dr Gregor Lim-Lange
Dr Gregor Lim-Lange is an expert in the fields of clinical and positive psychology, and mindfulness, and the Co-Founder of Forest Wolf. Previously the Head of Learning and Development at the National University of Singapore’s Centre for Future-ready Graduates and a Senior Lecturer in the NUS Psychology department, Greg is also a highly sought after educator, psychotherapist, coach and mental wellness expert.
Yogi, fitness enthusiast, model and host Stephanie Bovis spent her growing years in Hong Kong, India, United Kingdom and United States before settling in Singapore. A yoga aficionado, she founded the yoga program at Field Assembly. With nutrition and meditation certifications under her belt, she is one of Singapore’s leading fitness and wellness experts.
Former rocker chick turned yogi, Amanda Ling, read and applied Marie Kondo’s “The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up” in 2015, to her home and found great connection to that method and holistic wellness. Inspired by the joy, structure and simplicity that was ignited in her life, she wanted to help others find that same spark through this simple, spiritually nourishing method. She is Singapore’s first KonMari Consultant-in-Training.
Nashwa, meaning bliss in Arabic, is the Creative Director of the “Dance to Bliss” community in Singapore and teaches belly dance, meditation and yoga. Her passion is to create art with feminine energy and share them to raise awareness, and nurture our power to awaken, connect, and heal from within.
Hailing from Washington D.C. and having lived half her life in sunny Singapore, Kristin shares her passions by teaching and managing Pure Yoga Singapore. Her journey of yoga is never-ending and continuously evolving. Yoga, to her, is the people who surround her, places visited, the music she listens to, the food she eats, conversations with people, beauty in nature, and the constant magic that happens in really learning to let go, be grateful and be present.
Dominique Mosbergen is a Singapore-based journalist, yoga teacher, Lululemon ambassador and enthusiast for all things movement and meditation. She specializes in a variety of yoga styles, including Vinyasa and Hatha, and enjoys incorporating other movement practices like calisthenics, HIIT and Pilates into her classes. A Vipassana meditation practitioner, she enjoys sharing mindfulness, one-pointed and Loving Kindness meditation practices with her students.
Sha-En is passionate about making the world a happier place. As Founder of Happiness Scientists, she has trained more than 10,000 people in schools and organizations, equipping them with the science and tools to be happier. Sha-En has been featured on national TV documentary ‘Chasing Happiness’, MyPaper, Business Times; and spoken on 938LIVE & MONEY 89.3FM. Sha-En’s first book, The Road to Success Vol. 2, reached the #1 Best-Seller Status in September 2016. In August 2019, she did her TEDx speech on Happiness.
Sari is a certified executive coach with over a decade of experience working with corporate clients across Southeast Asia in leadership and performance. She is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and an elite trainer for Nike Training Club. Her passion for fitness and leadership led her to co-author the ground-breaking book, Fit to Lead, with her husband, who is himself a certified executive coach and leadership facilitator.
