Brought to you by Blue Sky Escapes in collaboration with The Living Café and natural healthcare clinic Balanced Living, you are invited to nourish your mind, body and soul through this specially curated half-day urban escape set in an intimate space in the heart of Bukit Timah.
Hosted by practitioners expert in their fields, devote time for self-care and experience mindful practices to help you destress and re-invigorate your soul. Learn the importance of sustaining a healthy diet to boost your immunity, and experience the gentle healing powers of movement and sound.
This specially-curated half-day experience is part of the inaugural edition of Wellness Festival Singapore.
Joseph is a 20th generation Chen Style Taijiquan and 3rd generation Hunyuan Taijiquan disciple. A lifelong teacher, Joseph has been teaching Taijiquan and Qigong for over two decades. His passion is to help students cultivate the internal martial arts and to transmit the genuine nature of what he has learned.
A true wellness enthusiast, Emma developed a passion for health through her own wellness journey and health challenges on the road to becoming a mother. After becoming co-owner of the Balanced Living brand in 2018, Emma shifted their business model to an omni-channel for holistic health and wellness, whilst staying true to their mission of helping people with their health through diet, professional advice, mindfulness and high-quality health supplements. Emma is currently training to be a certified Raw Food Chef.
A soul creativist, Wil’s practices follow a sequential flow of awareness-understanding-acceptance-change. This sequence of personal adaptation forms the basis for the natural and supportive journeys for personal strengthening on a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual level. Wil also specialises on developing healing and transformative formats of various sound and energy based modalities like sound journeys, drumming circles, Reiki and Shamanic practice.
Originally from the UK, Toni is an Australian-trained Functional Medicine Practitioner, Naturopath, Herbalist, Nutritionist and Homeopath and has been practising for over 20 years. Her ethos is to provide leading health solutions that best suit each lifestyle and making it a comfortable and achievable journey. She uses a combination of diagnostic testing, medical and lifestyle history, dietary and lifestyle changes supported by supplements and natural herbal remedies.

No, you do not need to have any prior experience. Our expert practitioners will introduce helpful tips to help you get started, as well as to deepen current practices for the more experienced.
Yoga mats and other necessary props will be provided for you, so all you will need to bring with you are basic essentials and more importantly, comfortable clothing which will allow you to move freely.
A notebook and pen are also recommended for journaling any thoughts, feelings and realisations that arise during the sessions, as well as for taking notes.
Beverages will be provided on the day, but we encourage you to bring your own water as well to stay well hydrated.

As each session has been thoughtfully designed to take you on a journey of unfolding, we would highly recommend that you begin and end the journey as planned so as to experience it as it was intended and get the most out of the session.
Yes, the programme will be the same over the different dates, so you may choose which best suits your schedule.
Absolutely, some people are looking for some time out from their lives and they embark on the wellness journey solo, and you’ll most certainly be amongst people having a similar experience. Some of us might just want “alone-time”, or some of us might want to seek new friendships.
No, it is not mandatory, but our facilitators are always on hand to assist or suggest modifications to allow you to participate as fully as possible. It is up to you regarding how deeply you go into the practice.
We ask that you leave your mobile phones and digital devices in your bags and kept on silent during the sessions, to ensure the best distraction-free experience for everyone.
The health and safety of all participants, practitioners and our team remain our top priority. Wearing of face masks is mandatory during the experience, except when in outdoor settings, eating, drinking and during strenuous activities. We will be abiding by the latest Safe Management Measures as outlined by the Singapore government at the time of the event, including but not limited to the keeping of group sizes, safe distancing, mask-wearing, and checks on vaccination status.
We encourage everyone to remain equipped with the TraceTogether app or token for any relevant checks as required by the prevailing government recommendations. Our team will also ensure that rigorous cleaning and disinfecting regimes are implemented, particularly for high touch surfaces
No, we encourage you not to. We will not be able to issue a refund after the cancellation deadline but a transfer of space to another may be possible. We will be able to review the situation on a case-by-case basis, do get in touch with us!
