Progressive Muscle Release is a somatic practice that involves syncing the breath with flexing and releasing a sequence of muscle sets. It is used in the sporting industry to fully relax and detox the body, yet it hails from a much older system of Kriya Yoga. It is used to gently loosen the attachment to the physical aspect and allows an experience of the energy body and expanded consciousness. This will be followed by a Last Day Contemplation, which is a meditation practice that helps us identify and observe our unconsious attachments, in order to find peace with the fragility and impermanence of life.
