Harness the powerful techniques of breathing, active meditation and movement to dissolve the tensions of the day and activate the restorative potential of the body’s lymphatic system.
Experience a Shake and Flow Meditation through a three-step process. Begin with an energetic shaking of the body, before transitioning to gentler, freer movement. All of this directs the body and mind towards one final destination: pure stillness and observation.
Shaking is a powerful way to counteract mental inertia: it helps us reverse the heavy process of negative thinking, and lets us clear our headspace so we can think more clearly.
What to bring or prepare
Come prepared for the session wearing loose clothing, and in a space that allows for whole body movement.
As this is an interactive session, come with your video switched on and ready to engage!
