People & Culture Executive (Singapore)
We are looking for a versatile and high performing People & Culture Executive who bears the following skills and qualities to join us in growing an independent travel and lifestyle brand:
(i) has experience in Human Resources or with administrative tasks, including leave management and maintaining internal documents;
(ii) has an understanding of labour laws, safe management regulations and HR best practices;
(iii) is able to develop, implement and monitor HR strategies, standard operating procedures and policies aligned with the overall business strategy;
(iv) is able to source, screen and recruit new talent independently by applying own search methods, HR tools and networking;
(v) is able to assist in performance management and employee appraisal processes;
(vi) is able to develop and implement employee engagement and development initiatives to drive company culture through a cultural framework;
(vii) can assist in monitoring the organisation’s health and culture and implementing improvements as necessary;
(viii) is able to keep up-to-date with the latest trends that drive company culture;
(ix) has excellent verbal and written communication skills, and is detail oriented;
(x) has strong problem-solving and team management skills;
(xi) is self-motivated, resourceful and comfortable working in a cross-functional environment; and
(xii) has a flexible and responsive attitude.
