- MARKETING MANAGER ROLE
We are looking for a flexible, versatile and high performing Marketing Manager, who bears the following skill and qualities, to join us in growing an independent travel and lifestyle brand:
(i) confidently executing 360-degree marketing, including digital marketing; you should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution;
(ii) plan, deploy and track traditional and digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns;
(iii) design, build and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels
(iv) brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, including growth hacking;
(v) plan, execute, and measure experiments, best practices and conversions;
(vi) experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis;
(vii) lead website development, create landing pages and oversee all customer-facing digital communication channels and other conversion opportunities;
(viii) produce valuable and engaging content for our platforms and marketing collaterals, that attracts and converts our target groups;
(ix) conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions;
(x) build effective teams, manage multiple projects, and supervise collaboration between departments in order to drive positive business growth;
(xi) evaluate emerging technologies, tools, platforms and marketing trends. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate and sharing insight with team;
(xii) contribute to the Company’s expansion into other destinations, tie-ups with other like-minded brands and businesses or associations and/or development of new brand concepts/product lines; and
YOU SHOULD HAVE:
(i) a minimum 3 – 5 years of 360-degree marketing experience and a degree in Marketing or related fields;
(ii) experienced in working in a start-up environment and lean-manned teams;
(iii) an experienced manager with leadership exposure and aptitude, with the ability to run and manage teams and delegate effectively;
(iv) demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising and in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns;
(v) highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate;
(vi) working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints;
(vii) experienced in WordPress, MailChimp and HubSpot;
(viii) strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
(ix) in addition to experience in digital marketing, the right candidate will possess a growth mindset. They will also be an exceptional communicator with superb interpersonal skills, who can interface with sales and leadership with ease;
(x) knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe;
(xi) a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
(xii) up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
(xiii) an efficient project manager who can handle multiple projects simultaneously and work with tight timelines;
(xiv) self-motivated, resourceful and comfortable working in a cross-functional environment;
(xv) have a flexible and responsive attitude; and
(xvi) only Singaporeans may apply.
