Explore movement as a form of communication to motivate trust and empathy in a thriving work environment. Colleagues can also expect to get to know one another on a deeper level through mindful exercises and embodiment practices that revolve around the art of giving and receiving. These sessions will use non verbal communication through mindful movement and playfulness. This can be practiced as a one off session or as a package of 4 unique sessions to experience the concepts more fully.

Sessions are typically 1.-1.5 hours long. Sessions are private and can take place at your desired time and space.

What to bring or prepare 

– Don loose comfortable clothing for ease of movement

– Prepare your own yoga mat. A soft flooring or comfortable place to lie down is needed

– An open mind
