Accounts Admin
Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and high-performing Accounts Admin who bears the following skills and qualities, to join us in growing an independent travel and lifestyle brand:
(i) bookkeeping in charge for Blue Sky Escapes;
(ii) assist finance team with AP and AR functions, update and maintain all files;
(iii) organize and file any incoming or outgoing invoices and reimbursements, ensuring accuracy;
(iv) line item entry for all invoices, addition of new items and price changes;
(v) keep track of any intercompany transfers;
(vi) maintain relationship with suppliers;
(vii) prepare payments and invoices as requested;
(viii) manage and review price changes or unusual activity;
(ix) handle general administration duties for the office such as ordering of supplies and stationery for office; and
(x) continuously work on processes that will increase the efficiency of accounting and administration.
YOU SHOULD:
(i) have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
(ii) diploma and/or degree in Accounts and/or relevant working experience
(iii) working knowledge of Flywire will be advantageous
(iv) keen eye for details and extremely thorough
(v) be available to work part-time and in house, 2-3 times weekly
(vi) an efficient project manager who can handle multiple projects simultaneously and work with tight timelines;
(vii) self-motivated, resourceful and comfortable working in a cross-functional environment;
(viii) have a flexible and responsive attitude; and
(ix) only Singaporeans may apply.
